The Flight Control Academy offers an FAA approved 200 hour course. During the 5 week program, students are prepared to successfully pass their FAA written and practical exams, administered at the Academy by FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Designated Examiners. The Flight Control Academy is approved by the Department of Transportation--Federal Aviation Administration, State of Arizona Department of Education, and the Maricopa County Human Services Department.


The aircraft dispatcher certification program is approved by the State Approving Agency for the training of Veterans and their eligible dependents.

5-Week Aircraft Dispatcher Certification Course

*This category of training is for students who have previous experience and qualify for an FAA approved reduction in training hours, per FAR Part 65.61, Paragraph (D).
